iDRIMS counter app assists users to record road distress. Predefined
distress types are crack, rutting, and pothole, as well as joint and
speed bump. When surveyors find these events and press the corresponding
buttons, the events are recorded with their locations and timestamps.
The surveyors can also take photos and connect to events.
The survey results can be uploaded to an administrative web server so
that the road owner can see the survey results through the server.
